So my dilemia is now this - When I play in Windows with MechVM, I have this annoying sound file that plays anytime i click ANYTHING - where this woman just keeps repeating 'ACCESSING' every two seconds, as well as a soundfile that plays, that sounds strictly like white noise and slows the computer down to a halt anytime i hit an 'exit' button at any of the menus. In the MechLab & Mech Merchant, a soundfile that just repeats 'Stone Rhino' over and over again is also heard, OBVIOUSLY all the sound files are fubar in v1.05 windows when played on Vista lol... Also, at the end of the mission where you escort the artillery to kill the DC atlas, awesome, dragon and centurion - the game crashes EVERY time I hit exit at the screen where i pick my salvage (dynamic)... I'm running it through windows, bc dosbox seems to hate me...

FIXED - DosBox... No glitchy sounds, graphics are mint, and i dont have to run it on scaled down 640x480... Fullscreen - 1024 ftw (not gonna push for 1200)!! - my only problem now is... I LOST the ability to access the Dynamic Salvage screen - Is this the one Dos-Flaw? - Every salvage is scripted now, in Dos-mode, instead of being able to pick and choose my parts... and hilarious as it is, AGAIN have a glitch on the Artillery mission, but in Dos the problem is, 75% percent of the time I play it, the artillery just decide they have no interest in firing at the DC mechs at all.
Does the 1.06 patch change the salvage from scripted to dynamic?? or is there a patch for Dos that will allow for dynamic salvage??
